Your growth will most times require you to change your #mindset, #habits, #routine and sometimes change your circle. When you begin to change, your change will make people uncomfortable because they have been used to a particular version of you for a long time. So, the important thing to remember is that those who love and care for you will understand, #respect and #celebrate your growth even if it is uncomfortable! To those who #judge you, don't be upset with them or waste precious #time on why they do, let them judge....perhaps they are also in a state of change. Being there for others is a kind and noble thing t Being there for others is a kind and noble thing to do. But what you must not neglect or foget is to be there for you. Sometimes, we spend time trying to please others and worry about other people's view of us when we should be thinking of what is right for us and appreciating ourselves. Pleasing others in itself is not a bad thing, but there is a problem if that is all you do and you don't do the things you want to do. If you are honoring others in every way possible and ignore your own self, you betray yourself and leave yourself behind. Not leaving yourself behind may be as simple as just doing for yourself in equal measure what you do for others. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup. It's okay to be tired after being there for others, it's okay to focus on you and be there for yourself. Being there for yourself is showing up for your self. It means taking time to do things that nourish  you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. When you are there for yourself, you can actually see better, you can focus on the things you need to do, you can dream, you can actively prioritise the important things, you can let go of the weights, the toxic people and the negative vibes. So, why not strive to accomplish your own goals and take time to do what feeds your body, soul and spirit. Practice being there for yourself, say what you want to say, do what you want to do, be what you want to be, go where you want to go.
